What is included in the daily membership email?

Each morning you will receive a written intuitive forecast for your star sign, the specific work for that day, clear guidance on how to do the work, a question to sit with and an integration reminder to carry through your day. This is not a summary of the daily video — it is a deeper, more detailed piece of content created specifically for members.
Your membership includes access to a library of videos and resources that supports the daily work. The library grows over time.

How do I sign up for a membership?

To sign up, go to our membership page: https://bondiguru.com/products/bondi-guru-membership. Choose your star sign, accept the terms and conditions, and complete checkout.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with your receipt, and your membership content will be delivered via email each day.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards and PayPal. You can select your preferred payment option during the checkout process.

How can I update my billing information?

You can update your billing information by logging into your account and navigating to the “Billing Details” section. Here, you can edit your payment method and save the changes.

Can I pause my membership instead of canceling it?

We do not currently offer a pause option. You are welcome to cancel and resubscribe at any time.

Can I cancel my membership at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will stop future billing cycles, and you will retain access to the service until the end of your paid period.

Are refunds available?

All membership payments are non-refundable. This includes partial months, change of mind or unused content. Please make sure you understand what the membership includes before purchasing.

How do I access the content included in my membership?

Membership content is delivered via email. Ensure your email address is correct and check your inbox regularly for your daily intuitive forecast and integration work.

What happens if I forget my login information?

If you forget your login information, visit the login page and click on “Forgot Password.” Follow the instructions to reset your password and regain access to your account.

How do I know if my membership has been successfully renewed?

You will receive a confirmation email once your membership has been renewed. This email will include details of the renewal and a receipt for the payment.

What should I do if I stop receiving membership emails?

If you stop receiving emails, first check your spam or junk folder. Ensure your email address is correct in your account settings. Can I have 2 star signs in my membership ?

Each star sign membership is based on your singular email address. If you want to sign up to a second Star Sign, please use a different email address or you may experience email content or billing delivery issues.

Which star sign should I choose?

Choose the sign you most identify with. For most people that is their sun sign. However if another sign resonates more strongly with you — moon or rising for example — follow what feels most relevant. The content is intuitive and not based on astrology, so choose whichever sign consistently resonates with you in the daily forecasts.
